We were delighted to create this amazing agile workspace for Royal Quays Business Centre in North Shields.
The office fit out of the CAI building to create the Royal Quays Business Centre was completed within 16 weeks.
A variety of spaces were created for the Business Centre for serviced office space. Flexible office suites enabling clients to grow within the centre, meeting and event spaces, breakout areas, and brand new toilet and shower facilities.
Double glazed, frameless, demountable partitions were used throughout the project, with acoustic baffles used above the ceilings to create sound proofed office spaces.
Colourful flooring from Heckmondwike was used throughout the suites. LED lighting was installed throughout with PIR sensors and ventilation installed to the whole suite.
