Working alongside Chartered Surveyors Delva Patman Redler, we refurbished the current workspace and created an open plan, collaborative workspace with a choice of meeting rooms and workspace café.
With bench desking systems, upholstered booths, collaborative high and co-working tables, the choice of spaces and furniture now available to staff ensures that for whatever the activity there is a space that works, with the emphasis on agile working.
Additional features included lockers and storage from Spacestor, recessed media and credenzas units, flooring from Forbo and Interface, magnetic writable wallcovering from Tektura and a stunning kitchen area with oak block worktops and a bespoke wooden display.
Furniture for the project included: Elite, Verco, Spacestor, Connection, Mobili, Gresham and JDD. Flooring from Forbo and Interface.
Fit out works included, new partition walls and oak door sets, installation of cavity fire barriers, heating, cooling and ventilation, installation of LED lighting, fire alarms and hearing reinforcement systems and decoration throughout.
