Working closely with Performance Horizon, we were tasked to fit out an empty shell office on the 7th floor of the West One building in Newcastle into a modern funky workspace
New carpet tiles were laid throughout using a mix of “Modulyss First” with Feature walls being created within the tea point using digital images, one wall being a Desert/Savannah theme with another in zebra print.
Mobili Soho2 desking, finished in modern white tops with black edging and all black Framework was installed. Screens were supplied in a light blue acrylic with a black frame to match the desking. “Sidiz” Task Chairs from Techo.
Breakout Areas were formed using Allermuir Haven Pods with outdoor furniture located on both balconies. Booths & soft seating were formed within the Tea point area and a “games room” being created within the main office to complete the transformation.
