Arguably, Lighthouse View Business Centre has one of the best views on Spectrum Business Park. We worked closely with the owners of the space to design and fit out a bright and modern Business Centre.
The brief for the design of Lighthouse View on Spectrum Business Park in Seaham was to create a modern space with glazed cellular offices from 2-10 people, meeting rooms, co-working and breakout spaces.
30 double glazed rooms, with solid full height walnut veneer doors and banded manifestation were installed to create a flexible business centre workspace. Sliding glass doors were installed to the Board Room.
All carpet flooring was uplifted and new Heckmondwike carpet tiles layed in bright and bold colours that provide a striking design throughout.
M&E included HVAC, electrical and lighting modifications including PIR controls to all areas throughout the workspace.
