We were delighted to partner with Husqvarna, the world’s leading producer of forest and garden products transforming their Forest and Garden Division at the UK HQ in Newton Aycliffe.
Our brief was to create a welcoming workspace with a variety of work and focus settings for the team.
The colours chosen were natural and earthy to not only represent the field that Forest and Garden operate in, but also to reflect a calming and holistic workspace.
A variety of Steelcase fixed and height adjustable desking, ergonomic task chairs and storage fill the traditional work space area, with preserved foliage planters adding a layer of privacy and biophilic elements.
An array of spaces for collaboration, focus, socialising, meeting and learning were all included in the space giving the team a choice of space for each task. Private phone pods on the perimeter of the workspace make it easy to pop into for private calls or teams meetings alongside open booths for team gatherings, one to one meetings and focused work.
Hanging felt panels from Friends of Wilson offer privacy and visual barriers from breakout areas like the Alto high table from Elite and soft seating zones in the open plan workspace.
The main meeting room was fitted with a striking branded retail display that showcases the Husqvarna Forest and Garden brand with acoustic ceiling panels from Allsfar installed in the ceiling grid to improve the sound within the space.
It was a pleasure working with AMH on our office upgrade project, very easy communications coupled with speed and efficiency in all parts of the design stage.
The whole team are incredibly delighted with the results of the office upgrade, professionalism and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire process, from the initial design consultation to the final fit-out.
