We’re delighted to have won three local contracts that have all started this month. The first a design, fit out & furniture project for Bureau Veritas, a testing, inspection and certification company based in South Shields. We completed their last refurbishment 15 years ago so it was great to be able to work with them once again.
We have also been appointed as main contractor to refurbish West One by Silverstone Building Consultancy. A landmark building on Forth Banks near the Stephenson Quarter. we are refurbishing the 5th and 7th floors to Grade A specification, along with the common areas of the building. The project is due to be completed in December.
Again, working with Silverstone, we have been awarded the project to refurbish Gainsborough House on Grey Street in Newcastle. We’ll be carrying out a full fit out of 3 floors and communal areas.
