An independent judging panel of property experts selected the shortlists following a robust process of scrutiny and evaluation against set criteria for all the award categories
Northern Gas and Power HQ, Gateshead
The scheme was to design the new HQ at the RIGA Building in Baltic Place, Gateshead. Carried out during the height of the Covid pandemic, the building encompasses high quality sales floors and wellbeing breakout areas with a ‘Feel Well Deli’ café, gaming areas and relaxations zones. The space created gives belonging and purpose to the whole NGP community and has been designed to boost productivity.
