We are delighted to be appointed main contractor to refurbish 2 floors and the basement at Broadacre House, Market Street, Newcastle.
Work started on site of the CAT A refurbishment works of floors 4, 5 and basement at Broadacre House in December.
The project involves developing the space into modern, flexible, open plan office accommodation. Exposed ducted air conditioning and ventilation is being installed along with, suspended LED lighting, raised access flooring, carpeted floor finishes, basement showers and a cycle store.
