Due to GAS’s on-going expansion and forecast future growth, they decided the time was right to relocate they’re HQ to Spectrum Business Park situated in Seaham.
We were tasked to fit out 1 floor which consisting of 2 wings to accommodate their 200+ employees. All new Managers offices were created along with Training Rooms, Meeting Rooms, Teapoints, and Breakout areas by using a mix of solid and glazed partitioning.
All new furniture was provided which consisted of bench desking, screens, pedestals, task chairs and full height storage with underdesk power modules.
A Breakout Area was created which consisted of a pool table with pods for Collaboration Areas to be used for ‘quiet’ and ‘informal Meeting Areas’.
