  1. Times are tight. Can you help with finance?
    Answer: We’ll not say no if you want to buy outright. But there are other options too. Leasing has some great advantages and if cash flow is tight, it’s a bit of a no brainer. We’ve flexible payment plans between 1-5 years which help avoid capital expenditure. It means you spread your VAT payments too and you can get really valuable tax benefits as well.   2. You’re based in the North East and we’re not. Can you still help us?
    Answer: Of course. Our design and installation teams have worked in a variety of locations throughout the UK, from Aberdeen to Leeds and beyond. We’re happy to travel.
  3. Why should we use you?
    Answer: We’ll manage the whole project for you from start to finish. We can handle everything from space planning right through to recycling your old furniture. That saves you time, money and hassle. We’re good at what we do and we know you’ll love the end result. We’ve got lots of happy clients – take a look at our portfolio pages to check out our work.
  4. We want to refurbish our office. Can you help with design and layout?
    Answer: Yes. For us, space planning is the key to making your project work. Once we’ve nailed that, our interior design team will create the right look for your space. Those are the first two steps for any project. If you want to take it a bit further we can generate 3D CAD drawings or for the ultimate visualisation tool, a computer generated virtual walkthrough.   5. Can you help with our office move?
    Answer: No problem. Like moving house, we can do as much or as little as you want. We can bring the crates, pack everything up, load it onto our vans and deliver it to your new premises. Then we’ll even unpack for you. If you need storage facilities we can sort that too. We’ll work overnight and at weekends if you need us to. It’s all designed to make sure moving offices doesn’t upset the smooth running of your business.
  6. Do you supply and install office furniture?
    Answer: Yes, we work with some of the world’s leading furniture manufacturers like Steelcase, Elite and Gresham who are always coming up with new, funky kit. As a Steelcase tier 1 dealer we have access to the full range of stunning products, but if cutting edge isn’t your style, we’ve got a great range of furniture to suit all budgets. We’ll sit down with you to find out exactly what you need for the way you work. We’ll also look at health and safety to make sure you’re compliant and we’ll make sure the furniture you choose is right in terms of ergonomics, space, style and budget.
  7. What is space planning and why do we need it?
    Answer: Getting the most out of your available space is important, not just for your budget, but for your staff’s morale and efficiency. We’ll find out how you work now and how you want to work in the future. We’ll help make the space work harder for you and also think about your future plans and how you might need to adapt further down the line.
  8. Do you provide maintenance once the refurbishment is complete?
    Answer: Yes, we’re happy to help with maintenance such as loose door handles, flickering lights and carpet cleaning to keep your offices looking spick and span.
  9. Can you help with Local Authority approvals?
    Answer: We know that getting the right approvals in place is a bit of a nightmare so we can handle all of that for you. We’ll deal with Building and Fire Control Officers and make sure you comply with disability and construction legislation.
  10. Can you recycle our old furniture?
    Answer: Yes, we can take all your old stuff away and recycle it for you.
  11. We might not want a full refit. Do you have a minimum size contract?
    Answer: We deal with clients of all sizes and jobs of all sizes. You might be moving lock stock and barrel and need your new premises completely revamping or you might just want to spruce up your existing reception area. Basically no matter what the size if it involves office furniture, fit out, design or space planning, we can help.

  13. Have you passed exams in this stuff?
    Answer: We’ve got lots of certificates to prove we’re professionals. Our Management team collectively have more than 100 years experience, so are well equipped to handle even the most complex workspace issues. We’re members of trade bodies too such as The Association of Interior Specialists, CHAS (Contractors Health and Safety Assessment), Safecontractor and Constructionline. It may not be an ‘ology’ but it proves we’re the real deal.
